A Valley resident since 2001, Cathy, her husband Scott, and two children, Dmitry & Anna, moved to the Mt, Washington Valley more than 10 years ago to enjoy the quality of life offered in this mountainous wonderland. They enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, photography and watching the seasons change.
Cathy started with Attitash Realty a decade ago and has been gaining knowledge and experience of primary and vacation property transactions ever since. She takes continuing education courses regularly and obtained her Brokers license in 2005. She is a member of the White Mountain Board of Realtors, the New Hampshire Realtor Association and the National Realtor Association. She has experience with first time home buyers, vacation home/condo buyers and sellers, HUD financing, rentals, short sales and foreclosures.
